This challenge was created for people who do not have a healthy routine or if you want to get to a place where you’ve never felt better about your body and health.
5 Healthy Habits: In a nutshell, there are 5 areas that influence the body of your dreams. The Challenge also comes with a 6 week course to teach, practice, and master the 5 Healthy Habits. Not only will you look your best, but you will have all of the tools necessary to STAY IN THE BEST SHAPE of your life well beyond your challenge experience.

Format: The Challenge is 6 weeks with a Kickoff Seminar, Online Educational Course, Accountability & Recipe sharing group, Membership to 3 classes/ week, Potluck, Pre and post Athlete ID’s and Graduation. Our expert coaches will guide you the entire way.Keep reading for more details . .
Kickoff Seminar: April 1st at 8 am – 10a. You will get your Pre challenge Athlete ID and attend a seminar to kickoff the challenge and answer any questions you have.
Athlete ID: This is a detailed look at your health and fitness level both before and after the challenge. It measures the following:
- Health Markers: Blood Pressure & Resting Heart Rate
- Measurements: Waist & Hips
- Range of Motion: Overhead Squat Test, Functional Movement Screen
- Baseline Workout: This is a workout for all fitness levels, to be done at your own pace. Our fantastic coaches will teach you everything you need to know, as well as how to scale it to meet you at your current level of ability.
Membership: Everyone participating in the Farmland challenge will get a 3x/week membership to Farmland Fitness. Part of the challenge is completing 3 workouts per week. We can help you decide which program suits you and your schedule. We have 3 programs to choose from.
Online Course: Throughout your 6 weeks you will have access to our online 5 Healthy Habits course. Just like going back to school. Each week will showcase a different healthy habit. You will complete the course with a complete understanding of how to get into and maintain the best shape of your life!
Accountability & Recipe Group: Accountability and a supportive community plays a huge roll in the success of your results. You will all be part of a private online group to share successes, ask questions, and get all the best recipes!
Potluck: Halfway through the challenge we will have a healthy Potluck. Part of a healthy lifestyle is the ability to go to social events and make the best choices.
- Workout 3x/week
- Turn in 3 Reflections – Pre, 1/2 way, and Post
- Check in a minimum of 3x/week
- Complete Pre & Post Athlete ID
- Log food in MFP daily
